With two puncture holes in his arm, Twitch is rushed to the hospital, and Sam is taking no chances to ensure that his partner doesn't start craving blood. While the detectives are busy in the hospital, the crime scene investigators find some very puzzling evidence that turns this case from weird to downright bizarre.
