D : Dessin S : Scénario As Love and Rockets ends its first decade, more things are coming to a conclusion... namely, for one thing, "Wigwam Bam," Jaime's epic-length Maggie-and-Hopey graphic novel which concludes this issue with its eighth chapter. Little wonder that Hopey shows up on the cover for the first time in over two years! Also ending this issue is Gilbert's "Love and Rockets," set in modern-day Los Angeles and including some members of the cast of characters from "Heartbreak Soup." And the epochal "Poison River" reaches its penultimate chapter (the 11th!) as Luba and Ofelia take off and leave the past behind, as Gilbert shows, in his words, "what Thelma and Louise should have been about."
