Basing his information on a tip that was, in reality, a joke, Munoz awaits the arrival of Bilal thinking that Bilal is going to kill him. In a flashback issue, Sam, Twitch and Jinx are on their way to Jersey to find Bilal. As Munoz sees Bilal coming with his bounty, he opens fire, and hits the bounty and misses Bilal, who's quick to return deadly fire. Bilal gets the phone number of Manera, the bounty hunter who set up Bilal and Munoz, and calls to tell him he'll shortly be a dead man. As Sam & Twitch (and Jinx) arrive, they chase Bilal down and it is Jinx who ends up in a standoff with him; however, in an exchange of shots, Bilal disappears and it's Jinx who the police come to arrest.
